Ordering/Payment


How do I place an order on your website?
When you’ve found a product you’d like to order, you can select your size and add it to your cart using the Quick Shopping option on the overview page or by clicking ‘add to shopping cart’ on the product detail page. After that, you can either continue shopping or start the checkout process. Fill in the required fields, pay, sit back, and wait for your product(s) to arrive.

What do the prices on your website mean?
All prices on Revert95.com are in Euro(€), include VAT, and exclude shipping costs. Orders with a certain value are shipped free of charge. For a full overview of shipping rates, check out the shipping costs page. For deliveries to non-EU countries, import duties, taxes or other amounts may be charged.

How can I pay my order?
Revert 95 offers various safe and easy-to-use payment options. We accept Paypal, credit card, Ideal, Sofort Überweisung, CBC Online, KBC Online, Mister Cash, Giropay and ING Homepay. We also offer postpay with Klarna. This service is not available for all countries.
We accept the following credit cards: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and JCB.

When you have completed the final step of your order, your bank, credit card, or Paypal will confirm your purchase. Shortly after, Revert 95 will send you an email containing a specification of your order, your personal info and payment method.

Can I pay my order afterwards?
No, this option is not available at the moment. We're working hard to  make this possible again in the future.

How do I know if my order is complete?
Once you’ve paid, your order is complete. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from your bank/credit card/Paypal and a confirmation e-mail from Revert 95.

Can I cancel or alter my order after I’ve placed it?
Once you’ve placed your order, we will process it immediately. When you want to cancel or change your order, you have to contact our customer service as quickly as possible, preferably by telephone: +31 (0)23 5327763. When your order is already shipped, it’s out of our hands. If your order cannot be cancelled, you may be able to return your order in accordance with our returns policy.


Delivery/Pickup


What are the shipping costs for orders placed within The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany?
For orders placed within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, we have a flat rate of € 4,95. Orders with a value of € 75,- or more will be shipped free of charge.

What are the shipping rates for orders placed outside of The Netherlands?
Shipping costs differ per country. Check the full overview of shipping costs. For deliveries to non-EU countries, import duties, taxes or other amounts may be charged.

Is it possible to pick up my order in store?
Yes, you can pick up your order in our shop in Haarlem, The Netherlands. This saves you shipping costs and is super easy. Just select ‘pick up at store’ in the checkout process. You’ll receive an e-mail when your order is delivered to the store, and you can pick it up the next day. If you aren’t able to pick it up the next day, let us know and we’ll hold your order for a maximum of 30 days.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed on working days before 5pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed within the Netherlands will be delivered the next day. Delivery times to other countries vary between 1-14 days. You can track your order with the PostNL Track &Trace code provided to you.

How will my order be shipped?
We pack all orders in a protective packaging and ship them with PostNL express service. If your order is delivered outside of The Netherlands, the delivery will be taken over by a postal service that has a contract with PostNL. This will usually be your national postal service.

Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a PostNL Track & Trace code. This code allows you to follow the shipping status of your parcel. If you haven’t received this e-mail, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Can you deliver my order as a gift?
Yes. Making someone happy has never been easier. Just select ‘send as gift’ in the checkout process, and we take care of the rest. We’ll remove price tags, wrap it in fancy paper, and deliver it to your loved one. Do make sure to give us the correct delivery address.


Exchange/Returns


Can I exchange my product(s)?
Yes, no problem. You can return your goods within 30 days after receiving your order. Please contact our customer service. State your order number, let us know that you’re sending it back and let us know which product(s) you’d like in return. You can return your order to:

In the meantime, we’ll hold the exchange product. As soon as we’ve received your parcel, the exchange product is coming your way. Returning the goods is at your own expense, the shipping costs for the exchange product will be paid by us.

Can I return my order?
Sure. You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. You can withdraw from your purchase by sending an e-mail to customerservice@revert95.com and returning the goods to:

If you withdraw from your purchase, the cost of returning the goods is at your own expense. Please ship the products in the original packaging in unused, clean and undamaged state. We request you to return the products in the original shipping packaging or a similar, firm package, and not in the product packaging alone. We will return your money within 14 days of the withdrawal date via the payment method used by you.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications (e.g. gripped or assembled skateboards) or clearly personalized goods which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned (e.g. due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery) or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. The right of withdrawal also doesn’t apply to magazines, audio recordings and video recordings that were unsealed by you.

Service/Warranty/Contact


I’ve received an incorrect item. What do I have to do?
We’re sorry. We aim to get your order right every time, but sometimes we do make mistakes. Please contact our customer service (T: +31 (0)23 5327763), return the product, and we’ll take care of it. The costs for returning the product(s) and getting the right goods to you are covered by us.

My product is damaged, faulty or incomplete. Is this covered by a warranty?
We take great pride in the quality of the products we sell, but manufacturing defects can occur. If your product has a manufacturing defect or if you’re not satisfied with the quality, please contact our customer service (T: +31 (0)23 5327763), and we’ll try to resolve it as smoothly as possible. Sending us a picture of the faulty product can help us to judge the problem and find a quick solution. If your product is covered by a warranty, returning the product is at our expense. As soon as we’ve received the product, we can take further action.
Even though we wrap all our products in a protective packaging, it can also happen that products get damaged during delivery. In that case, we’ll replace the damaged product with a new one. Please contact our customer service (T: +31 (0)23 5327763) before returning the product.

Are all products on your website directly available?
It may be hard to believe, but all products on our website are delivered directly from our own supply. This enables us to ship your order directly.

Is there a chance that products that are sold out are coming back?
In some cases we are able to restock popular items, but in most cases this is unfortunately not possible. If you want to be sure to get a certain product, order it as soon as you see it online.
