General information


To make your payment as easy and safe as possible, we offer various quick and reliable payment options. Paypal and credit card are quick and reliable payment methods for all international orders. Other accepted payment options are Ideal, creditcard, Sofort Überweisung, CBC Online, KBC Online, Mister Cash, Giropay and ING Homepay. This service is not available for all countries. The following creditcards are accepted: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and JCB.

When you have completed the final step of your order, your bank, Paypal or creditcard will confirm your purchase. Shortly after, Revert 95 will send you an email containing a specification of your order, your personal info and payment method. We will immediately process your order with great care.


All orders are packed by us and picked up by POST NL on a daily basis from Monday to Friday. Within the Netherlands, orders placed on working days before 5pm are delivered the next day, including Saturdays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. POST NL is committed to deliver within 24 hours anywhere in the Netherlands. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, make sure that you give us your correct name, address, phone number and fill in any special requests or comments. When your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, our customer service will contact you immediately.

Next day delivery is only available in the Netherlands. Orders from other countries will be shipped the same day when placed on working days before 5pm. The delivery time depends on the country where you live. To Belgium and Germany, the delivery time is normally 1-3 days. To other countries, the delivery time can vary between 1- 14 days. You can follow your package with the POST NL Track & Trace code provided to you. Delivery time can be a bit longer during the holiday season.

Return policy

It is our goal that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the high quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

Wrong product
If we have accidentally sent you the wrong article and you have filled out your order correctly, we will replace it with the article of your choice for free. If you did not receive your order, due to any error on our part, you can choose to get your money back or to pick out another item that we will send to you as soon as possible, free of charge. This only applies if you filled out your order and address correctly.

Right of withdrawal
If your item doesn’t fit or are you by any reason not satisfied with you purchase, you can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) have received your order, without giving any reason.

If you withdraw from your purchase, the cost of returning the goods is at your own expense. You can send the product(s) to the address mentioned above. Please ship the products in the original packaging in unused, clean and undamaged state. We request you to return the products in the original shipping packaging or a similar, firm package, and not in the product packaging alone. Please include a proof of purchase and a note with the reason for the return (not obligatory). Let us know if you want to select a different item or receive a refund. If you want a refund, state your bank account number. We will return your money within 14 days of the withdrawal date via the payment method used by you.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications (including gripped or assembled skatebards) or clearly personalized goods which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned (e.g. due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery) or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. The right of withdrawal also doesn’t apply to magazines, audio recordings and video recordings unsealed by the consumer.

You can also exchange your product for another product. Please contact our customer service, state your order number, let us know that you’re returning your order and let us know which product(s) you’d like in return. You can return your order to:

In the meantime, we’ll hold the exchange product. As soon as we’ve received your parcel, the exchange product is coming your way. Returning the goods is at your own expense, the shipping costs for the exchange product will be paid by us.


If there is something wrong with your order, you can always give us a call at +31(23) 5327763 during opening hours or mail to customerservice@revert95.com. We're committed to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. You can always visit the shop, take your product and order form with you so we can take action immediately. The rules of warranty are the same as those you're used to from our shop. Are you a new customer and not familiar with our customer service? This is our golden rule: Our customer is King and we guarantee that your complaint is handled to your complete satisfaction.


We deliver all of the products in our webstore directly from our own supply (more than 20.000 items in stock). This enables us to ship your order directly.
