Hard Luck produces skateboard bearings that rival the best on the market. Hard Luck was founded by skate legend Jason Jessee. The seed for the brand was sown when his friend and fellow skate legend Mark Gonzales drew a skull with a pen and wrench underneath it on an envelope and told Jason he should build a company around the logo. Hard Luck started with wheels and apparel (initially only available in Japan) but has since focused on manufacturing high-performance skateboard bearings. Hard Luck launched its bearing line in 2014 and is now available worldwide.
