Ripndip Clothing is a skateboarder-run clothing label from Los Angeles. The brand was founded in 2009 by Ryan O'Connor and a few friends. The name Ripndip is derived from a skateboarding term meaning to skate a spot (rip) and get out before the police or security arrives (dip). There's also an alternative meaning, but you'd better look it up yourself (something about cheap toilet paper, wiping your ass, and a sunburn :-)
Besides skateboarding, the guys at Ripndip are crazy about cats! And this is clearly reflected in the Ripndip clothing. Their love for cats is also evident with the Ripndip slogan "Must be nice." In the past, you'd also see plenty of graphics of cats combined with cannabis plants, but this is something from the early years.
